1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have authority to make a booking for yourself and for any other guest included in the reservation. Bethel Rapha Hub may refuse service, cancel a booking, or suspend access where information is false, misleading, incomplete, or used unlawfully.

2. Reservations, Pricing, and Payment

All reservations are subject to availability, verification, and acceptance. Rates, fees, deposits, taxes, charges, and payment terms may change at any time before confirmation. A reservation is not final until it has been accepted and confirmed by Bethel Rapha Hub. Additional charges may apply for extra guests, damages, unauthorized use, overtime, special requests, or policy violations.

3. Check-In, Check-Out, and Access

Check-in and check-out times form part of the reservation terms. Early check-in, late check-out, extensions, or additional access rights are not guaranteed and may be refused or charged separately. Guests must comply with any identification, access, security, or arrival requirements communicated by Bethel Rapha Hub.

4. Use of Premises and Occupancy

Use of any space is limited to the approved purpose, approved time period, and approved occupancy. Subletting, unlawful use, nuisance, excessive noise, unsafe conduct, undisclosed events, or any use beyond the agreed reservation scope is prohibited. Bethel Rapha Hub may deny entry, require immediate corrective action, terminate occupancy, or apply additional charges where these terms are breached.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons included in, attending, or benefiting from their booking. Guests must maintain cleanliness, follow all property instructions, comply with applicable laws, and avoid damage, disruption, or misuse of facilities. Guests are liable for breakage, loss, damage, excessive cleaning, unauthorized occupancy, and any resulting third-party claim, cost, or penalty arising from their booking or conduct.

6. Changes, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Changes, cancellations, refunds, credits, postponements, and no-show treatment are subject to the policy or rate terms in effect at the time of booking. Bethel Rapha Hub may cancel, modify, refuse, or end a booking at its discretion where required by safety, operational needs, force majeure, maintenance, legal compliance, suspected fraud, abusive conduct, or breach of these terms.

7. Property Conditions and Availability

Bethel Rapha Hub may change, withdraw, replace, repair, or restrict access to spaces, amenities, furnishings, equipment, or features at any time. Images, descriptions, layouts, and amenities on the website are illustrative and may not always reflect the exact condition or availability at the time of use.

8. Personal Property and Risk

Use of the website, premises, and services is at your own risk to the maximum extent permitted by law. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own property and valuables. Bethel Rapha Hub is not responsible for theft, loss, interruption, inconvenience, personal injury, property damage, or indirect or consequential loss except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bethel Rapha Hub’s total liability arising out of or related to the website, services, or any booking will not exceed the total amount actually paid by the relevant guest for the affected booking. Bethel Rapha Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of income, opportunity, goodwill, use, or anticipated savings.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bethel Rapha Hub, its owners, staff, contractors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, fines, penalties, and expenses arising out of your booking, your use of the website or premises, your breach of these terms, or the acts or omissions of any guest, invitee, attendee, or user connected to your reservation.

11. Website Use and Intellectual Property

The website and its content are provided for informational and booking purposes only. You may not copy, republish, scrape, exploit, interfere with, reverse engineer, or misuse the website or its content except as permitted by law or by prior written consent. Bethel Rapha Hub may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time.

12. Force Majeure

Bethel Rapha Hub is not liable for delay, cancellation, reduced availability, interruption, or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including weather events, utility failures, strikes, civil unrest, government action, health events, supply disruptions, security incidents, or other force majeure circumstances.

13. Governing Law and Disputes
